3. Our services
We supply, service, and certify fire safety equipment for industrial, commercial, and domestic clients. All work is carried out in line with applicable South African standards (including the OHS Act and relevant SANS standards). Descriptions of products and services on the website are for general information and may be updated without notice.
4. Quotes, pricing & VAT
- •Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quote, or 30 days where no period is stated, and may be revised if the scope of work or our supplier costs change.
- •Unless clearly marked otherwise, prices exclude VAT. VAT is charged at the prevailing South African rate and shown on your tax invoice.
- •A quote is an estimate based on the information available to us. If additional work is needed (for example, a part replacement found during a service), we will quote you and obtain your authorisation before proceeding.
- •Pricing on the website may change at any time and does not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in a written quote.

- •Please give us reasonable notice if you need to reschedule or cancel, so we can offer the slot to another customer.
- •We may need to reschedule due to circumstances beyond our control (for example, weather, vehicle, or supply issues) and will let you know as soon as possible.
6. Payment terms
- •Payment is due as stated on your invoice. Unless agreed otherwise in writing, invoices are payable on presentation.
- •Payment is made by electronic funds transfer to the banking details shown on your invoice. We never request card or banking details through the website.
- •Goods supplied remain our property until paid for in full.
- •Overdue accounts may be subject to suspension of further work and recovery of reasonable collection costs.
7. Compliance, warranties & your obligations
We stand behind the quality of our work and the equipment we supply. Equipment carries the warranty of its manufacturer, and our servicing is performed by suitably qualified technicians. To keep equipment compliant and effective, you are responsible for arranging servicing at the required intervals and for using equipment in line with its instructions and the law.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, and without excluding any rights you have under the Consumer Protection Act, our total liability arising from any product or service is limited to the amount you paid for that product or service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (for example, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence).

10. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information in line with POPIA, and forms part of these terms.
11. Acceptable use of the website
You agree not to misuse the website — for example, by attempting to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or restrict access if we reasonably believe the site is being misused.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and the South African courts have jurisdiction over any dispute.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the site or engage us is the version that applies. We will update the “Last updated” date above when we make changes.
